The work was designed to look on the analysis of labour management relations in the settlement of industrial dispute in the banking industry, which focus on union bank of Nigeria plc Nnewi branch as the study. In chapter two the researcher made an in depth study of related literature review which she assessed the concept of industrial dispute, causes of industrial disputes and solution to industrial disputes.. In the case of finding the researcher made use of primary and secondary data as the instrument of data collection. The population of this study consisted of 300 senior and junior staff of (UBN), which 171 was deduced out as the sample size using yero-yammi formular, which was distributed as questionnaire and 150 was completely filled and returned. Responses from the respondent were presented and analyzed using simple percentage method. Based on the findings, industrial dispute is a potential threat to Economic and social welfare of UBN Nnewi branch. The researcher concluded that dispute/conflict have adverse effect on quantity efficiency of the industry. In the recommendation, the management should improve their management technique to be democratic in nature in such that they should bring harmony between the management and staff of the industry. AN ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES IN INNOSON MANUFACTURING COMAPANY NNEWI ANAMBRA STATE
The topic of this study is “Communication strategies in Innoson Manufacturing Company Nnewi in Anambra State”. The researcher used questionnaires and oral interview to gather data. Data collected so far were analyzed using simple average and percentage method. This are the findings, that management of Innoson Manufacturing Company do not make use of good communication flow within and outside the company, also they do not make use of appropriate communication strategies most organizations are suppose to adopt like advertising, personal selling’s and publicity. Also the workers of the company are not satisfied with their monthly salary compared to the salary given to the Chinese expertrates, Innoson Manufacturing Company is mainly concerned in profit maximization. Recommendations: Management of Innoson Manufacturing Company should adopt the best communication strategies like advertising and personal selling that can create the needed awareness to the customers. Innoson manufacturing company should make sure that only skilled workers are employed since the job opportunity is open to any qualified class of persons, workers salary, especially the indigenous workers should be increased to enable them have zeal to work effectively to towards the objectives of the company. In conclusion when the findings and there should be an appropriate communication strategies that will create harmony within the work force and adopt promotional tools that would be able to create the needed awareness to the customers and public.

This study centers around on the effect of human resources management techniques on organizational goal achievement using first bank Nigeria plc, Ekwulobia, as a case study in carrying out this research, the use of questionnaire was employed and analysis of the relevant data collected within the period of the study was also carried out by the use of spearman rank test statistics, it was revealed that exist significant effect of management techniques on organizational goal. Managing employees in an organization is a function which everyone has control over others share in human resources management. Its mistake be left to specialists alone because human materials resources are more difficult to manage than material resources as a result of the conflict between the employers and employees wishes so, for a manager to be successful he must be involve in the effective planning. Organizing, influencing, co-ordinating and controlling of employees and must also understand and be able to use personal management techniques and in addition have some knowledge of the principles in industrial psychology on which they arte based. He must be aware of the result of psychological studies of the employee as an individual or a member of a working group and a person whose behavior is influenced to some extent by his technological environment. This research work is clearly designed to give managers or those who especially are concerned with human resources management workers to greater performance. To ensure analytic and logical presentation this research is organized in five chapters. Chapter one introduces the subject of the study and also gives a brief history of the company of study highlighting the purpose of the study problems, scope, limitations and definition of terms. Chapter two is the review of past literatures which is made up of contribution by well renewed authors and academicians. It also has some prescribed motivation techniques. Chapter three is the research design and methodology and gives a description of the research instruments, sources of data collection and methods, sample size and method of statistical analysis. IMPACT OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ON WORKERS PERFROMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF NIGERIA AGRICULTURAL AND CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD AWKA ANAMBRA STATE).
The main purpose of this study is to examine the impact of training and development on workers performance in Nigeria Agriculture and co-operative Bank limited Awka. The population size of the study was two hundred (200) while, the sample size was one hundred and thirty three (133). The sample size was drafted using yaro Yamani formular. The sources of instrument used for data collection in this research work were the primary source and secondary source. The primary source includes; Oral interview and questionnaires while, the secondary source includes; text books, magazines, journals etc. Research design adopted in this work was survey research design. The method of data analysis used was simple average and percentage technique. Findings: the staff of Nigeria Agricultural and co-operative Bank. Awka are poorly trained and developed. Also, training as an organizational effort aimed at helping an employee to acquire basic skills required for the efficient execution of the function for which he was hired. Equally, an efficient training and development programmes result to worker’s greater performance. Finally, a well trained employee (worker) enjoys adult characteristic independence, has deeper and more consistent interest in what he does as a result of procession of requisite skills. Conclusion: training and development are general and current trend establishment as a result of it’s impact on workers performance. It is a veritable tool that could be used in both public sector and private sector. Recommendations: management should strive from time to time to identify the training needs of workers and attend to them so as to keep workers abreast of technological innovations and update their skills for better performance. More funds should be adopted for implementing performance based on training and development programmes. Finally, adoption of satisfying working condition and provision of opportunity for growth, advancement and self actualization should be made. The major findings of this study after analysis were that low capital base constitutes a major problem and prospect of an entrepreneurship development that raw material shortage have been causing breakdown in production that low academic qualification of both the proprietor and his work and have constituting management problems and that despite these concluded that the researcher is quite ceptimistic that entrepreneurship development in Liner Vegetable Oil Orumba South Local Government Umunze will soon revitalize the economy of the state of finally, it was recommended that entrepreneurs should have a strong financial basic, some are encouraged to adopted other source of funding and not depending only personal savings, government should intensity it efforts in the provision of infrastructure and also relax its stringement importation policies on raw material and finally banks should go beyond advancing loans to business enterprise, to monitoring of the effective use of the loans so advanced.
