Abstract

Protein, ascorbic acid (Vitmin C), and phosphate concentration in soyabeans sprouted for five consecutive days was determined using kjeldahle method, lodo titrimetric method and sprectrophotometric method respectively. The results obtained daily are as follows: Ascorbic acid .0.0088, 0.0177, 0.0266, 0.0354, 0.0443, 0.0532.
